What do we need to understand about ourselves and others to cultivate resilient organizations, capable of responding to today’s ecological realities? What are the tools and resources needed to lead meaningful change processes?
Using a foundation of current and emerging research into the psychological dimensions of environmental leadership and engagement, this course provides conceptual frameworks, practical tools and real-world examples that enable participants to:
Identify systemic and psychological barriers to change.
Craft effective messages and engagement tactics.
Convene conversations and collaborate across differences.
Learn from practitioners and inspiring case studies
Cultivate the personal capacities needed to be responsive and effective pro-environmental leaders.

Each workshop involves: a short, guided meditation, gentle recommendations for approaching the visioning collage process, as well as opportunities for personal and group reflection.
